Prismavi may collect:

• Email address, account ID, and authentication information.
• Creator names, handles, biographies, links, and applications.
• Listings, images, videos, tags, descriptions, and uploaded files.
• Cart, purchase, order, download, refund, and support information.
• Reports, moderation history, verification status, and admin notes.
• Technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, timestamps, logs, and requested pages.

Prismavi does not need and will never request your VRChat password.

We use information to:

• Create accounts and maintain secure sessions.
• Display creator profiles and avatar listings.
• Process purchases and provide protected downloads.
• Review creator verification applications.
• Prevent fraud, malware, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Respond to support, copyright, and safety reports.
• Send essential account, purchase, and security emails.
• Operate, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the service.

Prismavi currently uses or expects to use providers including Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage; Vercel for website hosting; Resend for transactional email; and Stripe for checkout and creator payouts when payments are enabled.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices while helping Prismavi operate.

When payments are enabled, payment information will be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Prismavi does not intend to store full payment card numbers.

Prismavi may retain transaction identifiers, totals, product details, refund status, payout status, and related records needed to operate the marketplace.

Prismavi uses authentication cookies to keep users signed in and may use browser storage for features such as the shopping cart.

Search terms and filters may also appear in page URLs. Removing site cookies or browser storage may sign you out or clear local cart data.

Public creator profiles, handles, biographies, portfolio links, listing descriptions, preview media, tags, ratings, and reviews may be visible to anyone.

Private avatar package files are intended to remain restricted to authorized creators, administrators, and eligible buyers.

Prismavi may share information:

• With providers necessary to operate the service.
• Between buyers and creators when needed for support or orders.
• To investigate fraud, malware, infringement, or policy violations.
• When legally required or necessary to protect users and Prismavi.
• As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Prismavi does not sell personal information for money.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide accounts, orders, downloads, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate business records.

Some records may remain after account deletion where needed for fraud prevention, transaction records, copyright disputes, or legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about how personal data is used.

You may request assistance at support@prismavi.app. Prismavi may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Prismavi uses measures such as access controls, private storage, temporary signed download links, authentication, and trusted service providers to protect information.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users should use unique passwords and protect their email and authentication devices.

Prismavi and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Applicable privacy rights may vary by location.

Prismavi is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Policy as Prismavi changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
