Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing listings, uploading content, making a purchase, or otherwise using Prismavi, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree, do not use Prismavi. We may update these Terms as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Users under the legal age of majority where they live must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Creators receiving payouts must be legally eligible to enter contracts and complete payment provider verification.

Never share your Prismavi, VRChat, email, payment, backup-code, or two-factor authentication credentials with another person.

Prismavi provides technology that allows creators to display and license digital avatar products to buyers. Unless a listing says otherwise, the creator is the seller and licensor of the product.

Creator verification is a trust and identity-review measure. It is not a guarantee that a creator, listing, file, or product will be free of every defect, dispute, or security risk.

Creators must accurately describe their products, prices, compatibility, dependencies, included files, license terms, and known limitations.

Buyers receive a license to use a digital product—not ownership of the creator’s copyrights, trademarks, source assets, or other intellectual property unless the creator expressly says otherwise.

Listing-specific license terms control over Prismavi’s default buyer license information where they clearly grant different rights.

When checkout is enabled, payments and creator payouts may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Their separate terms and verification requirements may apply.

Digital products are generally delivered shortly after payment. Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, non-delivery, duplicate purchases, materially defective files, misleading listings, and the creator’s disclosed refund policy.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or downloading a product and then improperly reversing payment may result in access revocation or account suspension.

You may not use Prismavi to:

• Upload malware, spyware, executables, or harmful code.
• Distribute stolen, leaked, ripped, or unauthorized assets.
• Impersonate another creator, studio, or buyer.
• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased files without permission.
• Request another person’s VRChat or Prismavi password.
• Bypass checkout, access controls, signed links, or download limits.
• Manipulate reviews, purchases, favorites, or marketplace rankings.
• Harass users or use Prismavi for unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Prismavi a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the marketplace.

You represent that you own the uploaded content or have sufficient permission to upload and license it.

Prismavi may remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe intellectual property rights and may suspend repeat infringers.

Copyright concerns may be sent to copyright@prismavi.app. A notice should identify the protected work, identify the disputed material, provide contact information, state a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, and include an appropriate signature.

Prismavi may review listings, files, verification applications, reports, transactions, and account activity for safety, legal, quality, or policy reasons.

We may place listings into draft status, remove content, suspend downloads, revoke verification, withhold marketplace access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.

Prismavi is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every Unity or VRChat version, permanent availability of every listing, or error-free creator files.

Buyers should review listing requirements and creator instructions before downloading or importing files.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prismavi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from marketplace use, creator content, third-party services, account compromise, or incompatible digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
